Basically I want you too answer me very simply since I don’t want too waste anyone’s time. Should I 1. G2g, 2. Spawn, 3. Trash
The third photo was after shaking the jar and it turned too mush is this normal?
This is all my hard work the last 2 months and I want too know what too do with some of the jars that aren’t completely white.
Also can I sterilize choir and Verm in jars and use it as a substrate? I’m tired of buying substrate online and paying crazy prices.

Your grains were way too wet .. that one mushy jar is trash.. dey your grains better in the future ... or cut the boil time down ..
You can spawn the others you probably will still get some fruits

That is a fuck ton of spawn dude. I don't think you need to do anymore g2g haha. Spawn some to coir and maybe top fruit the worst of the bunch. That mush one is toast.

As said above the grans had too much moisture. I use millet and whole oats 50/50 and soak for 24 hours drain in a strainer for 1/2 hour to an hour. Then I PC. No boiling or simmering required. It is easier cheaper and less time-consuming. I actually don't PC I have a 55 gallon steamer but you get the idea. I don't see any contamination so I would pick the best jars and G2G and spawn the rest.
Those jars should have been used a long time ago. Make your sub a little dry so it will soak up the water from the grains.

Open it up, fistful of coir soaked to field capacity on top, stick a plastic bag over the top with some holes in it or put it in a container with perlite in the bottom (have a look at chronic tek)

Jar 1 is fucked. Not sure what is going on at the top but I don't like it.
Jar 2 has bacteria in the circle.
Jar 3 entirely fucking trash
Jar 4 may do fine. Grain smashed against the wall can look that way but are a sign of over hydrated grain.
Jar 5 probably very bacterial but may do alright.
Jar 6 again over hydrated and bacterial.
Overview: as stated above, dry your grain better. Also, maybe be more careful with your agar work and sterile Tek. You should really focus on creating clean spawn before expanding so much. If you want to double check before spawning just shake them all up and watch how they recover.
Top fruiting just means fruiting straight out of the jar, usually with a casing.

I’ve just been straining it and shaking it for 20-30 minutes after bringing it too a heavy boil. What I did yesterday was wait for just one bubble too come up at around 170-180 degrees and way less grains were popped. Today i’m going too repeat the same boiling process and straining process as yesterday for 20 minutes try letting it sit for an hour with occasionally shaking it too see if that reduces outside moisture content.
