Damn good thing I quit when I did, pretty much to the day a week after I quit I got moved from litter crew to fucking with dirt all day.. pickaxes, shovels and shit, alllll day. I decided to quit cuz I got put on one of these crews for one day and got a taste of what it was like to do this shit and be smoking. I couldn't breathe after 30 minutes. I'm still struggling but I'm a hell of a lot better off than I was that first day while I was shoveling and smoking at the same time.

That's interesting. I have already tried toothpicks and I had this thought that flavoring them with some cinnamon oil would help but I didn't think that would be enough. I might just buy some cinnamon sticks to hold in place of a cig lol.

I quit in January but now I vape nicotine all day. I'm fairly confident it's healthier, but I have been seeing more and more reports about lead and other heavy metal contaminates that are in the coils and vaporizer parts that leech into the vape juice...California has new regulations for testing vape pens/cartridges because of the issue.

The amount of lead and other heavy metals is probably negligible but who knows, maybe it's worse than I thought.

Faking the hand motion might help, but swirling a cinnamon ball in the mouth for the "sucking" sensation is what curves and helps with the oral fixation part.

I'll try both. My thinking was that if it was cinnamon that helped then actual cinnamon would help more, I wasn't sure how much cinnamon is actually in those fireballs.

This is why I source all of my materials myself, build everything by hand, and try to find out every single ingredient of every juice I get. There is a right way and wrong to vape, and buying little gas station pens or juuls, or any of this other bs is just asking to suck on chemicals and heavy metals.

Vaping could have been an awesome direction for smokers, but it's a lot nore profitable to run scary news headlines about the dangers of satan's usb stick than it is to explain the truth to people, and I fear that soon, people who have been vaping since 2005 will be limited to curated horse shit.
