id request interesting red mushroom

Habitat: canberra on wood chip mulch pine or eucalyptus heavy clay soil underneath
Gills: brown
Stem: white
Spore print color: no spore print taken
smelt like a tasty mushroom smell.
was in a hurry didn't keep it unfortunately. so found this at work today in the garden bed never seen it before looked tasty smelt tasty. any ideas guys??? #1

I know someone who ate them raw a few times - he enjoyed the effects, though he stopped eating them once he learned to cultivate Psilocybe cubensis.
