It will keep at room temperature for a long time.

Ok, so no need to wrap them inside a parafilm/ziplock or any of that kind.

The way I like to do mine is cap back on the needle (obviously), zip lock and store in a cool, dark, dry place.

The empty syringe: I clean out with boiling water with a touch of lemon and store in a box.
Partially used: put in refrigerator crisper drawer.
