Yes, they're Psilocybe subaeruginosa, and they are psychoactive. They're not fully developed yet though, I would let them grow, and water them, they look thirsty!

Those ones you’re holding up don’t look like subs, make sure they bruise blue

The first two pictures are subs the second two are galerina or something along those lines. I see one sub pin in the back of the fourth picture and one in the front right of the fourth picture.

To keep them growing they're going to need water. They're looking dry asf.

The second type looks like Leratiomyces ceres which often grow in the same habitat. Make sure all the ones you harvest bruise blue, and post pics of the ones you harvest just to be sure.

Looks good, but for future reference, I would have at least waited until they'd opened they're caps fully before harvesting them, especially since they're so close to home, they would have got bigger.

You must always pay attention to each mushroom, make sure that they all bruise bluish.
Psilocybe subaeruginosa and the deadly Galerina grow side by side, learn to identify them, Galerina will have a rusty brown spore print, but looks very much like Psilocybe subaeruginosa.

Subs will take a while to fully mature, so you may just want to leave the rest for as long as a week. Keep checking back on them regularly tho and once they're fully opened, go for it!
They'll look a bit like this once fully open:
