Not enough spore injection? Reinoculate?

I inoculated 10 BRF cakes 3 weeks ago and only half of them show colonization. The others kinda just look moist inside. Im afraid that i didnt inject enough spores into each jar. Should i resterilize and reinoculate? Or dump them out and start over?

How much did you add into each one?

Is there really much difference in the volume of solution in a MS syringe.  I mean even a drop has 100k spores in it.  Seems like even a few drops would colonize, right?

That's what the general consensus is but there is
many variables. I would keep colonizing and make sure
your temps aren't to low. And if your seeing moisture
how much?
