Two finds during a hunt in Dunedin, NZ

Mushroom 1

Found growing in mossy grass. Brown gills. Brown, mottled stem. Very slimy cap. Largest were about 3cm high and 3-4cm across. I didn't pick them so no prints or any other photos, soz. I can easily get them tho if it's essential for someone to ID.

Mushroom 2

Growing is mossy grass near some shrubs. Creamy-white gills. Creamy white top that's very lightly brown in the middle. Grows a bit like an oyster mushroom. Stem I forget... Once again no prints or other photos, but I can collect if they seem like the might be interesting (edible).

I went out and grabbed a sample of 'Mushroom 2', definitely just growing in a mossy patch, doesn't seem to be any wood underneath, although perhaps it was deeper than the moss:
