hey guys, i live in New England too around 42 degrees latitude,, in an area fairly woodsy, with some small cow pastures nearby, and was wondering what sort of mushrooms i could be looking for and also where to look, and also when to look. As you can tell im fairly new and very interested so any help will be greatly appriceated thanks!

thanks domey, i visit the new hamphsire maine are alot to hike and bike, are you finding alot of good mushrooms up there?

I live in Maine as well. I have been hunting very little, as it has only begun to be warming up here. I am optimistic though, maybe I will come across some good finds this year. Happy hunting all.

i have heard that there is good hunting in the Walden Pond area, is this true? and could any one tell me what i should expect to find? thanks guys!
