you have yourself there stropharia aurantiaca. NOT psychoactive, but p. subaeruginosa grow in NZ in the same habitat at this time of the year, so keep lookin

Yes, those are definetly Stropharia aurantiaca.

Yeh, those ones are EVERYWHERE in wellington! Got pretty sick of the sight of them last year. Real anticipation killers - "Is that a sub... no", "hm, could that be a... nah", "but that one must surely... nope" - ad infinitum...
