Fruiting in jars vs fruiting chamber

What are the differences in fruiting in jars (like this) vs standard fruiting chamber? Advantages, disadvantages? Growth time? Etc.

Top fruiting(in jars) is a good option for circumstances when you have only a few cakes, jars you think might be off, salvage grows, etc; but at the cost of holding up that jar for the next batch for a while and they can take more real-estate in your grow space.

a SGFC or HC will generally give you better performance and it's easy to manage all cakes at once, but they really do better the more full they are.
