Wtf? Now what? King Stopharia

Grew some Mycelium on PF Tek cakes (modified with alder wood).  The mycelium looked weird to me kind of like shaving cream.  So I left them in their jars and forgot about them.  I didn’t want to toss the jars in case they were good.  This morning I checked on them an one jar basically fruited mushrooms by forcing their way through my filter disc port.  It pushed up the disc and started fruiting.  Now what to do next.  The plan was to grow them outside.  What should I do next?

And that’s the other part, I too thought they looked like oyster mushrooms but the syringe says King Stropharia.???
