What I will debate is that the discussion of Jewish influence (whatever the degree it may actually be in the real world) isn't open for debate today.
Okay, I can agree with this topic.
I guess the next step is to decide who will be the arbitrator(s). Do you have any suggestions for who would be unbiased in this debate? I feel Tantrika and MagicMush123 have shown themselves to be sufficiently non-partisan.
And any preference on how many rounds of rebuttals? I would suggest two.

I think having a panel of three would be ideal, but I would be okay with you being one. Qman will have to agree, of course. Any other volunteers?

I would also like to include that any criticism of Jewish influence being not up for discussion to also include Israel as well. I think it goes to the core of the issue that Jewish influence in the US and any criticism of Israel is off limits in some people minds.
I also like your choice of arbitrators, if a third is needed Ball works for me. Also two rounds is fine as well.

Okay, I'll shoot them some pms asking if they would be interested in participating.
Als, if you choose to flesh out and slightly change the topic as you form your opening statement, that is fine. We have the general subject, you are free to develop your specific claim.

I can't believe XUL chickened out.

going to have to regretfully pass "non-partisan" in my case is prolly mostly due to glossing over and not reading 90% of people's posts feel it would be either disrespectful or outside the scope of my contributions to try and pass judgements on argument validity
but am at least glad you both have found ways to agree to measures of respectful debate

You know, I think you sell yourself. I've seen you provide some pretty good quality commentaries on various subjects when the inspiration strikes. No worries that you'd rather not participate though.

Am presently very self-concious about my capacity to keep track of things went through years of thinking my disconnect from biological reproduction was complete then recently inquired and found out my previous thought that sperm donations were just to verify vasectomy was necessary was only partial and instead found out about the actuality of prseservation measures
if not being such a simpleton, prolly would have caught that at the time am concerned about misapprehending pertinent affairs or concepts from either debator in a similar manner mostly just think of myself as being here to learn by asking questions and to occasionally speak up about topics from a trans perspective and the latter would not occur if not for the misfortune that trans matters are so frequently politicized
appreciate the understanding tho

By the way, I believe that three judges will be better than two, to avoid any chance of a stalemate in the decision.
With the caveat that qman will have to agree to any new additions too, do we have any volunteers interested in joining ballsalsa and MagicMush123 on the tribunal?

I agree you need 3. I'll volunteer to judge if you both agree. I've sparred with both of you in the past, so neither of you may want me.

While we're waiting, a question I have is how the judges should provide input?
If one judge responds first, does that unfairly influence the other judges? Or is that ok?
Or should we submit our opinions to a 4th individual until everyone responds at which point the 4th individual will share the responses?
I don't really care how we do it, I'm just throwing that out for consideration...

I was gonna leave thoseddetails up to the judges, to be honest, but it is relevant.
I suggest judges communicate amongst themselves in private, in order to know when all three opinions have been reached, and only after that time post the responses in the thread.
