Need identification. Found in back yard

Hi I've just moved home and found these today. Haven't seen them before, bright red bell top that turns pitch black when fully grown. Stem oozes black when pinched. Any help would be great as I have a toddler.

It's almost impossible to id on just a description. Pictures of the fruit, gills under the cap, and spore print(if possible); as well as info on what it was growing in(grass, poop, mulch, dead tree, etc.)
Here's a link to the id forum. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/postlist.php/Board/3
-Or you could just take the no-risk approach since you have a toddler and remove it just in case.
