Mystery Myc - Any ideas??

*1st post be gentle with my mistakes*

Prepped some grains a few months back, loaded my jars, and had some extra grain. Decided to double bag and save the left over instead of tossing, left it in the garage and forgot about it. When stumbling upon it yesterday, I opened the bags to find myc growth! Im aware of the contams. Id like to know if this is common with oats, obviously there are food for myc, but this naturally occurred with no myc introduced. opinions??
