 Is it time to dump my tubs?

So I went
Spore print > syringe > BRF cakes > shredded to coir > unmodified tubs
Got to full colonization then an uneven pinset. Started harvesting shrooms as they came in, got 40g dried. Was following advice to use scissors and leave stumps but I left too big stumps and then got advice to remove them.
I removed all stumps and dunked to try get a second flush. 4 days later I'm looking at this
  
Removing the stumps was far more manual handling than I expected to ever do and I'm not sure the sub is going to recover. I'm concerned about contamination at this stage - I want to use these tubs and this growing area again.
Would you dump these?

Keep it for 2-3 flushes, or if mold shows up. 2nd flush usually takes about a week from 1st flush.

My last tubs went on for like 6 weeks. In that time the flushed 5-6 times, dried out, got to wet, got pulled out of the tub and broken, dug into, side pins left to rot and it just kept going. Don't get discouraged when things look less than ideal, these creatures are machines and will persist.
