Pinkyskark mentioned them the other night ....He went and saw them years back  so i dug out some of there cd`s..They really had some excellent music ...they till tour also...
Crime of the Century was awsome and im listing to Breakfast in America again....its kinda different but they are awsome musicins and worth listening to ...I know its old but most of there stuff is worthh listening to again.... :smile:

Crime of the century is a great track. I only know of 5 that I like though.

When I say I only know of 5 I like it's the same amount of songs I know by them. The local rock station only plays about that many.

i hate that
why do they get to decide which songs are radioworthy?

like blue oyster cult..i only knew of dont fear the reaper till i bought one of there cds
they have way lotsa good songs and almost none of them sound like dont fear the reaper

This isn't about ST, but I thought that I would make this recommendation since you really seemed to enjoy the Dead's music (esp. Jerry's songs). Garcia and Grisman made some music that you're sure to like; style/influences: bluegrass (where Jerry got started), old time, blues, jazz, traditional and a whole host of different world music. Check 'em out at gdlive.
