Strange sensation

So I was sitting here with a migraine caused by tensions in my neck. Guess I slept wrong. Anyways started stretching my neck and I started to feel a strong rush. Felt very similar in body feel as vaporized dmt or to a lesser extent a strong dose of nitrous without the strong disasociative effect. I felt/heard the top of my head popping also similar to some previous DMT experiences. Anyone ever had that happen? The headache also eased up

Lmao no but seriously. Any idea why the hell that happened or anyone else experience that before? I was just sitting on my couch. I remember a little before it started I started to see moving white lights in my peripherals when I closed my eyes.

You probably cracked the tension that builds between bones. Every time i stretch i crack a lot and it relieves a lot of build up from the day. Check out the bruce lee official stretches.

You can compress the arteries in your neck when stretching. Your symptoms could be hypoxia resulting from compromised blood flow.

The only place I felt pop was the top of my skull. Could be compressed arteries I suppose. When I was a teenager we used to do that intentionally and pass out. (Fucking stupid) it felt a bit different than I remember but that's been so long ago my memory could be off.
Edit: I just don't remember it feeling close to that intense otherwise I feel like looking back I could've half ass justified to myself why I did it in my youth lol
