Habitat:
Big Island Hawaii. In a large pot next to flowers in organic potting mix.Been raining quite a bit lately.
Gills:
Brown.
Stem:
about 3 inches long, brown, sort of thick.
Cap:
light brown outer ring, dark brown inner, light brown center. (sorry i'm terrible with descriptions)
Spore print color:
Black
Bruising:
not noticeable.
Other information:
smells just like some copelandia cyanescens I used to find back in the day. (that's the only other mushroom I've picked).

Cinctulus. Copelandia have noticeable brusing after handling. You should still wait for a TI.

This is either panaeolus cinctulus or Panaeolus foenisecii.
Jet black spore print is panaeolus cinctulus, use a black sharpie pen to compare.
Panaeolus foenisecii will have a brown to brownish black spore print.
