Rye Berry Bag Inoculation to Fruiting

Looking for some solid advice, step by step directions to take rye berry bag and fruit it with good success rate. Open to options. I have 2 bags but only one seams to be working. Honestly 1 month it barely spread. But as soon as I broke up the bag 2 days ago and then put in a window at room tempurature this happened. Its colonizing very fast. I have 2 bags ion vercumlite and a 116 clear fruiting chamber drilled out every side every 2 inches. My plan was to place the box in there with the Verm, and start fruiting once this bag is fully colonized by next week. Any suggestions to other ideas or is this the best. If so what are the actually steps in doing so. cut the bag away and rehydrate it, or just cut bag away and place in the verm(that I mixed with water to saturate) to big of a tub too? Need as much help as possible. Really looking for a success on this one. This is a test to maybe get me hooked into a new hobby. Thanks in advance

So you probably arent gonna want to hear this but that bag is not looking good. Its highly bacterial at best but I’d guess theres also mold growing in there too. Imm Guessing you shot a spore syringe directly into it? Not a recoomended course of action.
Route to success Spores-> agar-> 2-3 transfers from leading edge to clean up culture-> grains->0-3 g2g's-> bulk substrate.
The fruiting chamber you are describing is meant for PF tek aka BRF cakes, not for bulk spawning. What you would use (if your spawn was clean) is called a monotub. You can still try to fruit it but I’m telling you right now you’d be best off starting agar while this one goes.
You’re gonna need to do a bit more research if you want to be successful in this hobby(click the read more link in my signature), and donmt be afraid of failure, its a steep learning curve but once you get it figured it becomes pretty easy, although after over a year of constant growing I still have my fair share of issues/mistakes.

Bag in picture doesn't look very healthy. Did you inoculate them directly with spores? Bags are the trickiest and riskiest way to do spawn for beginners. So getting them premade and using spores on them is more often than not fail.

Don't quit just try to do it yourself instead of buying kits.
There's your solid advice.
Welcome to shroomery, stick around and learn something.
Strait verm is not a very good substrate. Look up the elementary bucket tek by damion5050. You -might- get fruits out of that, have fae from spawning.
Idk what youre describing 116(qt tub?) try a 56 or 66qt tub with the bucket tek and search MONOTUB - follow the instructions exactly.

I appreciate the feedback. I attached updated photos today. This definitely isn't as easy as I expected it to be. And I've done a lot of research too. For some reason though I haven't found a direct way to learn for an absolute beginner. I don't get the difference from mold growing vs the myc. Obv though im not a professional. I did throw one bag out since I got no results. This so called mold or myc definitely is growing quick and I swore it was working. There are so many different terms that I don't even understand yet. I did take a needle syringe and did inject through the port into the rye Berrys on 4 sides and center. For a month I got very little success with it and finally I read to break it up and put it on a window sill and all of the sudden it started growing like crazy.
I found this the other day and was going to try it next https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24982705#24982705 I think this mono tub would be my next option but it does say to start with spore syringe and a few 3lb bags of sterilized grain. What grain would I be using? I really don't have to much money to lay out on this stuff and hate wasting it. Im looking to have fun at first and I know once I'm hooked I will upgrade and when I can afford. here's what it looks like today, front/back

Following grow logs with results is how I learned best. Read it all the way through for the discussion.
Nothing is new, emulate the methods of those with success.

every photo im finding looks pretty similar to what my bag looks like. My next question is, its only a 1lb bag. Its colonizing fast af. Do I break it up to bulk and do the coir method or leave it as a brick and take away the bag. and put it in a fruiting container with verm to keep moister in it?

You obviously didn't read the elementary coir tek.
You said you researched?
