Noob questions, including... are these rye grain bags ready?

Are these colonized grain bags ready to move to a tub? I'm assuming I should wait until the mycelium looks... thicker. It's just that I'm too damn excited...

My approach is gleaned from different TEKs I've gleaned here and on youtube.
This photo is about a month after inoculating with a syringe. This is my second attempt. I tried some other grain bags I'd received from a different source, but they never seemed to take. I have one of those three bags that has some white spots starting now after two months, I'm going to leave it and hope it's the right kind of white stuff, but I'm putting my chips on these new bags.
They are in a small room with a space heater hovering around 72º.
I only have these three bags, I have another that is lagging behind, and then the aforementioned slowpoke from the previous attempt. So I guess I'll figure out what size tub will accommodate a 1/3 or 1/4 ratio of spawn to substrate at about 4 inches depth. Small tub I guess.
I'm going to then follow Damion5050's so clearly described coir tek.
I'm going to use tubs without holes, just flip the lids or have them slightly askew and just mist the inside walls once a day (thank you Bod's Unmodified Monotub TEK).
Another question I have is... I have a room that has one small bright but indirect light window about at a 45 degree angle to where the tub will be. Is that going to result in mushrooms growing all funny?

Honestly none of those bags are looking very healthy I know that’s not what you want to hear but there’s a good chance of contamination going from spores syringe to grain, especially if it’s a grain bag you ordered online. Looks like those bags are going to stall. You could give them a shake and if they come back then there good but it’s very unlikely they will. Or u can wait and spawn them if they finish and see what happens. Personally I recommend you learn the PF Tek and do it yourself or learning agar then try grains

Nooo!
Here's a closeup of the other side of one of the bags. So this isn't the right kind of culture? This is contamination? I've been carefully cultivating some evil foreign intruder??

The white is mycelium but the greyer looking stuff at the top is not healthy. It should be thick all the way through. I wouldn’t toss them just yet though.

So I had mixed them up a couple days ago. Should I mix them up again?
Am I supposed to sort of pack them down after mixing them up? I was just leaving it loose.

You were right. They stalled out. Sadness.
I'll make my own grain jars next. Thanks for the input.

So I just left them for about a week. So this is not the right kind of white fuzzy stuff right? These are toast?
