Question about agar transfers.
    #25952262 - 04/24/19 06:12 AM (5 years, 8 months ago)

I have some 2nd and 3rd agar transfers that are at least 3-4 weeks old.

They appear clean to me.. I have seen dirty agar before and these looks clean.

Is using 2nd and 3rd transfers to inoculate grains a bad idea?

Grains will be going into shoeboxes and fruited.

If the transfers were contaminated wouldn't they be showing signs of it by now?

There is agar that stuck to the lid from the transfer piece.

I know now to take smaller pieces.
