Beautiful.

I used to have problems with fungus gnats in the spring. Do you ever get that?

I used diatomaceous earth and spiders to fix the issue. Lol

I lost a lot of plants to those gnats though.

I also lost some plants during winter.

I use neem oil which works pretty well for that. Spidermites are my real problem atm

Made some nice fish today for me and my girl.

Two different kinds (pollock & rose fish /ocean perch), topped with some flour then roasted in a pan, with potatoes, peas and carrots.
Some remoulade for the fish and some butter for the potatoes. :crazy2:

The trick is to roast the fish on mid-heat only, then the proteins won't thicken too much. Flavour with salt & pepper, add some lemon juice and rosemary in the end. Delicious! :sun:

don't fancy gravy just will add pepper n chilli flakes on the veg

Buckwheat, tahini, sriracha, and home-fermented sauerkraut (fermented with horseradish and mustard sprouts). Got back from a hike and going to sleep very soon, so taking something light to eat (passed on the meat) :lol:
