Much slower colonization of 50% of my jars?

Hello! First, thanks to all of the contributors here who really helped inform my approach to my 1st batch of PF Tek/Golden Teacher...Yes, I'm a noob!
So! re: the picture below. I inoculated these 4 PF Tek Jars 2 weeks ago. As you can see, the two on the right are much further along than the 2 on the left.
I suspect that the reasons for this are 1) In spite of my diligent efforts to shake the syringe before inoculating the jars, there was some clumping of spores, and I am thinking that the two on the left got more in the way of spores 2) I am colonizing at a temp of around 70 degrees, which from what I've read, can result in a longer time to colonize, since it is cooler than ideal.
Questions: 1) I think I know the answer to this, but thought I would check...should I birth/dunk/roll/put in shotgun terrarium the first two when they are ready, and the slower 2 later, when they are fully colonized, or just wait until they are all ready?
2)Any way to speed up the colonization of the slower 2 jars?
I am thinking of waiting another week on the two on the left, birthing them, then making the aquarium heater heat bomb to nudge the slower 2 along.
Any feedback would be kindly appreciated. Thank you!

The first two, let them sit for a week after there 100% so they can consolidate, them do your dunk and roll. Also 70f is fine for cubes yes the do grow a little quicker in a warmer place but so doesn’t bacteria and other contamination. Room temp is best Just be paitient on those other 2 jars and good luck to you

They will pin inside the jars if you leave them to long. You can use this to your benefit though by scraping the pins directly to some agar and cloning them. The resulting rhizo myc will be super aggressive.

I am a noob here, but I left the foil on for my first batch of jars and after 2 weeks with no signs of growth I read that you should take the foil off, so after doing that i saw growth in the next week. Could be helpful for you, unless you are trying to lock in that moisture but I believe even jars need some gas exchange (do you have a dry verm. layer under the lids?)
I don't like to give advice without being certain so if anyone has any correction to my info I would greatly appreciate it!

Hi, and thank you for responding...the foil has 4 equally spaced puncture holes per jar where I inoculated with the syringe about 1/2" from the edges...so it is getting air. I do have a dry verm. layer at the top

Sounds like they should be fine then, one of my cakes got a glob shot of spores from the syringe and it has explosive growth compared to the rest of my jars. Lots of genetics in those syringes!
