Jars ready to take out of incubation chamber?

Hey guys, first time grower here. Golden Teachers and B+
I'm unsure if these jars are ready to come out of the chamber to get some cooler air and a little sunlight.
The mycelium looks pretty healthy to me overall, and a some of em have a few hyphal knots here and there, but the jars aren't completely white like I've seen pictures of online.
The thing is, these jars have been incubating for 5 weeks now. From the info I've found online, this seems a bit excessive.
Some additional info about my grow: -I followed the "PF Tek for Simple Minds" instruction. I used a higher BRF ratio than "Simple Minds" calls for, more in line with the BRF/Verm ratio of the original PF Tek. -Mycelium growth stalled majorly at around 2 weeks, and there were puddles of water at the bottom, so I flipped the jars and myc growth picked back up -Incubation temp has consistently been just above 80°F, covered with pillow to retain heat and blanket to block light Should I wait a week more and hope the jars go all white? Or would leaving them in the incubation chamber be harmful to the mycelium?

^This^ jar is typical of my set. Mostly white, but not completely

I'm grateful for any advice you have

From what I can see, birth them. They don't all look perfectly clean but they aren't going to get any cleaner and they're ready best I can tell from the pictures.

that's what I was thinking, they probably won't get much better anyway.
but birth them? I thought it was best to take em out of the chamber, let em have a little sunlight, then birth them after some primordia shows up

They never should have been in any kind of incubator. That's some 10-plus-year-old misinformation.
Give them a week after colonization then dunk, roll & fruit.

I see. Thanks for that tip, I'll find a more modern tek next time.
Does that mean the supposed optimal temp of around 80°F does not impact mycelium growth much?

80F just speeds up bacteria. You want room temp the whole time. If you're comfortable they will be too.

Just with one caveat - if your indoor conditions are extreme (extremely cold, hot, dry and windy - somehow, extremely dirty) then some protection from those conditions could bbe useful. For almost everybody else though, anything that most people consider comfortable indoor conditions is adaquate for Psilocybe cubensis.
