Cubensis Tincture Tek

So I've been making cannabis tinctures for about 10 years but I would like to try my hand at making a cubensis tincture, simply because I truly enjoy tinctures in general and I think that it would help eliminate the negative side effects of nausea and stomach aches that I get when eating them or drinking a tea.  With the cannabis tincture I always decarb the BHO and infuse that into hemp seed oil, D-Limonene and liquid lecithin.  I use 30 ml dropper bottles, so I would like to try to use 30 grams of cubensis to hit the 1 ml = 1 gram dosing level.  I've been reading up on a bunch of teks and have come up with a general recipe that I wanted to get everyone's opinion on.  So here is what I was thinking:

1) Grind up 30 grams of mushrooms into fine powder, place into a sealed mason jar and add 2x of 190 proof ethanol and a 50/50 pinch of citric/ascorbic acid.   
2) Soak for 24 hours while agitating every 3 hours and then use a fritted disc buchner funnel with either a thin bed of celite 545 or some Whatman 1s to vacuum all liquid out.   
3) Pour the mixture into a vacuum sealed container and place into fridge while repeating step 2 for a total of 3 washes.
4) Rotovap mixture until I hit the 30 ml mark or air dry with a fan (I'm worried the rotovap will get to hot but then if I air dry will oxygen degrade the psilocybin more?)
5) One more final filtration through the buchner funnel and then add in a few drops of both D-Limonene for flavor and liquid lethicin to help increase bioavailability of the psilocybin.  Place in amber dropper and store in fridge until ready for use.

I plan on trying multiple variations of this recipe this week and I will let you guys know how it turned out.  Any tips or maybe some pointers of things I am missing or could change?  My goal is for the tinctures to have a 6 month + shelf life by the adding citric/ascorbic acid.  What do you guys think...

Hello hello,

Based on my readings and experiences it is important to make one extraction at 95% alcohol (190 proof) and a second extraction at 70% alcohol (140 proof) as one of the two molecules (psilocin or psilocybin, I don't remember which one just now) needs H2O to be properly extracted from the mushroom flesh. And then you can combine the two extractions.

The personal experience :
I did exactly like you the first time. I did 40g of Cubensis tincture (only with 190 proof) and at the end of the day I decided to filter the Cubensis mush (that I was about to trash) one last time just with water and took a sip thinking that I would microdose while cleaning the lab.
15 minutes later I was climbing towards one of my most memorable heroic dose ever.
I estimated based on the level of my trip that I got in my system the equivalent of  approximately 7g of dry Cubensis.

Any updates here? Seems like the general consensus is not favorable to alcohol tinctures but there's plenty of anecdotal evidence that suggests otherwise. I like gregol's idea...
