Giant Rat Kept Eating All My Colonized WBS, Finally Caught him
    #25947374 - 04/21/19 11:20 AM (5 years, 8 months ago)

I have a very small outdoor grow that was colonizing fairly quickly until I started noticing holes dug into it every other morning. They ate the majority of the colonized grain in my grow. I've gotten tired of supplying the local rats with psilocybin and a food source so I put out a rat trap. I got two liitle rats yesterday and reset the trap for the night, and when I got up I found this:

Ima keep layin out traps till I can grow in peace on my sideyard. Do you guys think that eating colonized WBS is enough to get a rat high?

The one time I made brf cakes, I buried them in some flower pots in my backyard once they got to their third flush, and every now and then I’d find them dug up with chunks bitten out of them. It was upsetting but I didn’t want to kill whatever was doing it, so I would just re-bury them.

Well one day I went out to check on the cakes and, as usual, they were all dug up with big bites taken out of them, but this time I noticed that there was a ball of fur rolled up in the hay under my rabbit hutch a few feet away. At first I thought it was maybe a neighbors cat, but when I walked up to it I saw that it was a raccoon. The guy was sleeping there, pretty much in the middle of my yard, on a hot summer day.

Later on I managed to see him stumbling off into the bush, and that was the last time I had to deal with anymore cakes being dug up that summer .

Don't ever kill possums. They are extremely good for the environment. They eat ticks and other pets. And they are smart and harmless.
