No expert at all and I am sure you will get help from others. In the mean time here is a snippet from the Psilocybin Mushroom Handbook:
“Occasionally beginning growers will mistake the initial growth of mushroom mycelium into the casing layer for cobweb mold. True cobweb mold grows as a fuzzy layer on top of the casing soil, while the mushroom mycelium emerges through it from below. In addition, mushroom myceli um, while it may look wispy at first, will quickly thicken in appearance.
The occurrence of cobweb mold can be prevented by maintaining adequate air exchange inside the fruiting container, avoiding excessive humidity levels, and pasteurizing the casing soil prior to application.”

Hope this helps a bit

Were you grains fully colonised when you spawned? Those on the surface look too clean..Its def mycelium growing, but it doesn't look well mixed with the coir
