Greetings fellow brethren,
I have been a long time lurker and have been encouraged repeatedly by a good friend and active member of the site to join in on the mushery. Alas, the time has come for the Cho to join in on the festivities. I will be sharing my grow and whatever is on my mind!
A little background: I have been growing for the past 2 years but have been friendly with Psilocybes since the spring of 2011. The path I am on now in my life is the same path that was forged for me from the spiritual awakening that occurred between the period of 2011-2013. I am forever grateful for connection that I have been gifted with our fungal allies and all that they have taught me and the gifts they have reflected and equipped me with to fulfill my quest here on Earth. It has been a while since I have entered the portal into the psilocin nether, a solid 5 years or so to be exact, but as I enter a new cycle in my life and the winds of change shift their direction the doors into the fungal realms have once again reopened and encouraged me to walk down the path to experience a new level of insights and exploration. I am excited to share my new journeys with everyone and look forward to hearing and learning from the community. My grow didn't really take off until a year ago by the facilitation and assistance of the previously mentioned friend. It has been a great learning experience growing fungi of all sorts and now I can't imagine myself not growing mushrooms. My background is in Korean Natural Farming, Permaculture, Regenerative Ag, and environmental science. I forage often and it has become a large pass time of mine and I enjoy the local mycology club quite a lot. As I enter this new phase of my life I seek to further my connection with fungi as much as possible. You can find me on the cultivation threads!
And so that this doesn't violate any rules about being off topic: I grow in shoe boxes and monotubs. 1:1, coir, and am currently running AA+, rusty whites, PFR, and Pink Buffalo

MUSH LOVE ,
Cho

Thank you!
It is also a dream of mine. Have you checked out Hover: Revolt of Gamers? its a pretty cool game. It's no replacement for JSR but it is supposed to be the "spiritual successor" of JSRF. Hover needs a few things to make the UX a little better but I've enjoyed it.
