ID Please? North Carolina mushrooms.

Habitat:
Found in North Carolina on a mix of saw dust, hay, and horse manure

Gills:
Black in color. The gills are curved in towards the stem.

Stem:
Stem is short, white-ish to a sort of gray in some places. Stem is not hollow.

Cap:
Light brown to tan in color. Convex to (bowl?) shape. Cracks when dry. Darker rings and spots in some places.

Spore print color:
In the process of taking them. They appear black so far.

Bruising:
Not much bruising. Haven't messed with the cap but the stem kind of stains a brown.
