Your contaminated, more than likely a bacterial infection.
Did you clean your inoculate up on Agar or just shoot spore syringe into bag? Did you use a PC for the proper amount of time to sterilize? How well do you have proper sterile procedures done?
More data the better to know why something happened. I'm not trying to be a jerk, just that's what others are going to ask so they can try and diagnose something over the internet.
I wish you the best of luck and hope it turns out well for you!!

General consensus around these parts are grow kits bad.
People do it, but it is a crap shoot going Ms syringe straight to grains. Spore syringes are inherently dirty.
I suggest you prep all your stuff yourself and sterilize using a PC.
Learn Agar! Not that hard and it opens lots of doors for you. This how you make sure you don't have dirty spawn again.
I'm by no means an expert, I have a few grows under my belt and I read a lot of info on this subject. Please wait to see if someone else has different opinion, that bag of yours looks like mold.
Also all those sticky note in the "get started" form are just full of great info and teks. Give them a read.

You're never a jerk for offering help to someone who asks for help

I'd say that's open to interpretation since you put sporesolution to premade grains
If you're looking for quick help as to what happened to either your tubs, jars, bags or any other part of growing the best is always to explain in the OP exactly WHAT you did and WHEN.
Here's an example on how to ask for help in a efficient way so that you get fast accurate answers: "HI, I'm concerned about my rye bag that I inoculated with a fresh spore syringe 14 days ago. I squirted in about 3ml. I flame sterilized the needle and injected through the injection port on the bag inside my SAB, I sanitized the injection port before injecting. The bag has been sitting in 22C temp. I noticed germination on day 4. I'll check if I maybe have pics of the early colonization and post those pic as well."
The way I phrased this example is to show you what information you need to provide to get a decent answer on 'what happened'? Gl

That's not the information I needed to help you find out "what happened" its obvious something unsatisfactory happened tho Post more detailed description of the problem if you'd like a more detailed explanation
