Good cake, bad cake

I have two cakes in a shoebox hc. one is not looking right. I believe it has contams on it. the other one is not looking as bad and also has pins.

Should I remove the good cake? or just take out the bad one? I’m trying not to contam the good one. thanks dudes

it was about 75% green. I just noticed it looks like the good cake has trich on the back but its still fruiting. its not green but its that bright white color. toss that one too?

Ok so heres the “good” cake. Has fruits coming in. One is coming off the coir. I believe the bad part is on the bottom right of the photo. The two fruits up top are old, never picked em

Yeah, that bottom-cake colonizing the coir is not ideal. Best to avoid that mycelium sprawl.

For your other cakes, dont let the mycelium sprawl out onto the coir. U want it contained to the cake itself. Its growing mycelium instead of growing fruits.
