Well, aside from the obvious answer of "money," the PLA wrote a memo a while ago advocating for the use of drug warfare as a method to weaken the US without having to resort to a direct military confrontation. Now Chinese labs are manufacturing fentanyl en masse and shipping it to the US. Every few years or so, the CCP will ban the production of fentanyl with one particular process, but "overlook" the fact that the law only bans that one specific process of making fentanyl, not the production of fentanyl in general, so all the labs just change their process slightly.

Given the CCP's totalitarian stranglehold on the country and general attitude towards drugs (dealing pot in China can and will get you executed), I don't think it's at all a stretch to say that they're intentionally trying to encourage, either directly or indirectly, the export of fentanyl to the US (and the west in general).

So, not to sound too much like a conspiracy theorist, I think it's entirely possible that some of these vendors passing off dangerous drugs as acid are agents of (or at least have ties to) the CCP.

In canada all you need is a burner phone and you can take 1000 dollars a day out of each bitcoin ATM. More than one phone, or those sites you can recieve texts and you could keep doing it. There is no KYC here for that yet.   

I think the online silvergoldbull place that takes crypto keeps records of who they mail stuff too. You would have to take measures like sending it to a friends house or a hobo registered po box. You can't just keep saying you won it all gambling forever. My local pawn shops/jewelery places are hotspots for junkies to sell stolen loot and all require ID.

This is all just theoretical and in no way counselling people to commit crimes. I made a bunch of crypto profits and bought weed with it and sold the weed to my friends. Local bitcoins is a bit sketch but I am sure it works, bring a gun though
