Re-dunk? Re-roll? 1

I'm not sure how long my cakes should be in the SGFC before I see some fruiting. These have been in for just over a week. I'm misting regularly (keeping them wetter than you see in this picture), and I've noticed that they have turned really white after being SUPER blue post-dunk.
A lot of the verm has come off the cakes - is this bad? Should I do anything about it? Re-dunk or re-roll? Should I be seeing results by now?
Thanks again for everything, you all!

Don’t worry about the verm falling off.. there are people here that know way better than I do but this is what I can offer; don’t mist on a schedule, only mist when the cakes look dry. 12/12 light cycle. Fae. Correct temps. I feel like I’m missing something. ...patience as well. Also looks like quite a bit of verm on them, maybe it’s taking so long because the mycelium has so much verm to break through. I hope someone can give you better information and good luck to you!

Takes about 1-2 weeks for pinning.
I would not reroll or redunk. U could damage pins growing on the cakes. How much perlite u got? I find that using 6 inches of perlite is much better than the minimal 4 inches.

To me it looks like you could up your humidity. They look dry. I see a little bit of moisture on the fist image, but not the others. Like Logical Chaos said, it may be a perlite issue, but up your humidity IMHO.

Last cakes i did was a batch of 32 and they all pinned at about 9 days. Cant tell humidity and evap from a pic. They look fine though. If you dunked for 12-24hrs at birth and they turn blue before the first flush, it's too damn dry in there. Prolly from too much evap in a dry surrounding environment. I dunk and roll between flushes. I've personally never had a problem with too much or too little verm.

Thank you very much everyone!
I carefully removed the cakes, and re-saturated the existing perlite while adding an additional layer. My perlite is now at least 6 inches deep and well-saturated. I'll keep misting when the cakes look dry and post some update pictures. I'm keeping the room temperature at around 76, and I used warm water (not hot) to saturate the perlite, so that might help bring the temps up, too.
I can't tell you all how much I appreciate the ongoing help!
