I don't know where you go in the USA but HGR is located about 1/2 hour from  Cleveland Ohio if you go near there that is where I would look. If you don't have to ship you won't find cheaper. Like I said I got new ones in the box for $70 each and they had like 20 of them. I would have bought all of them if I had the money. Every once in a while they have real commercial flow hoods for pennies on the dollar.

Half the time they don't know what they have so they list it as a fume hood. Sometimes it actually says laminar flow on it and is still listed as a fume hood. So just do investigation on it. This may actually be a flow hood for example...

I mostly stick to the Midwest, Chicago is the farthest east, but not too far a drive from there.  Definitely do-able :smile:
