How likely are police to follow tip offs?

Allright, suppose someone had psychoactive straw growing in there domicile. Now also suppose that this person's ex-girlfriend knew about it, but when they broke up everything was cool between them. But in the off chance that she flipped her bitch switch and turned this someone in to the authorities, how likely are they to actually get a warrant and search the poor guy's home? What does it take for the police to raid someone's house? Note: no dealing takes place ever at this house, and there it is otherwise a respectable, quite place.

Dude, nobody can answer your question. You know the situation much more intimately than we do, therefor your in the best position to make a judgement. I don't believe they can get a warrent based soley on a witness' statement....it's definatly enough to make them start looking for more though.

That's the best image image I've seen on these forums, but you didn't exactly address my questions.

All the police have to do is convince a judge that they need a search warrent.
Manufacter of an illicit substance based on a tip i certainly enough to get that.

Correct. Also, if the informant/bitch exagerates, the police can get a lot more excited than you would expect. Remember rule #1? Tell nobody...

Rule #2 the Ex always turns you in
to even consider getting a warrant the first thing the cops want ot know is das the witness seen the grow, secondly what kind of drug is the grow. A judge will seldom issue a warrant based on you telling someone you grow and them not having seen it firsthand, there would have to be very strong supporting evidence
analize drug raids and you'll see that 80% of the time the cops enter and go straight for the stash/guns/grow... they are usualy tipped of by someone known to you... see rule #1
best thing to do is have nothing related to cultivation on the premisis
