XUL, u live in the South right?

If u do, check out some old burial grounds from the Civil War. Supposed to be quite a bit of paranormal activity around them. If i travel the South, definitely checking out those places.

I live in PA.

I would love checking out old civil war burial sites. I love civil war battlefields and the such.

I don't believe in ghosts because I have never seen one, but I am certainly not making any conclusions. I keep my mind open.

It would be my greatest joy to see something ghostly in life, as it would instantly increase the excitement and perhaps risk factor. I would literally become a damn ghost Hunter. Haha

I love graveyards. I always get a feeling of peace and rest when there.

When I was younger I took some DXM in a graveyard a couple times. It was very surreal and peaceful.

Are you from the south?

No Im not from the South but theres a TV show called Kindred Spirits and they ghost investigate in the South and on the East coast. They know all about the Civil War haunted areas down there.

I havent see anything myself but Ive heard (twice) and felt para-psychological things thou!

does anyone know what the retarded ass thing is in Islamic mysticism, that angel or vision that has many wings all enfolding into itself and shit? i ask because it escapes me how to actually learn about this thing. can't find any information on it, that is, when i'm looking for it...fuck, if i wasn't looking for it, i'd find it, but not when i'm looking for it...so if someone can help, it'd be appreciate.

i think it is. but it's probably some angel, that like came in a vision and was attributed to some archangel but it came in some hip form that was cool as fuck [which is why i wanna look into it] but it's been given some new hippy name so that i can't really know what it is unless i'm versed in the Quran, or some bullshit, whatever.

I recently went to a Ghost Conference (highly recommend) and one of the guest was a Jewish Mystic. He wss so interesting and different than anything Ive ever heard of before. So wild. I wanted to ask him a question but couldnt think of anything related to what he knew.

Oh wow, sorry I missed this post. There was a boring-as-balls conversation that lasted like four pages so I lost track of this thread.

Great post. I feel like this is the way to approach spirits in general. Genuine loving energy sticks out like a sore thumb to extra-dimensional critters. They either crave it because they're in a place where they feel none, they enjoy it because it matches their nature, or they despise it because it's the opposite of their nature.

I can go on and on about this stuff, so it'll sound a little like Middle Earth if I don't stop myself. After playing with Aetheric technology the past few years, the spirit world has really opened up to me. A little extra subtle energy unlocks numerous doors.

It's a simple matter for a demon to disguise itself as something that would appeal to us. I've seen demons show up as pretty women in my mind's eye, sashaying closer for a kiss. Can't say I didn't enjoy the vision, but I intuitively knew that it might end up with me "hacked" in some way. But if it truly was a friendly spirit, I wouldn't want to attack it and scare it off.

What to do?

Well, your technique. Heal them with fierce loving energy. Like they're a long lost sister who's been through a world of hurt. Shower them with love brighter than the sun. Have it wash up, down and through them. Fill them up like a cup, until they overflow with the richest emotion you can conjure.

If it's a good spirit, it will feel like Christmas morning to them. Human emotion is a most powerful substance on the spirit plane, and the intent to heal drives it home to their core. You just might make a new friend.

And if it's a demon, this rush of positive energy will peel back their phony veneer. They'll feel less and less friendly, more alien and invasive. Among other things.

The easiest technique to get rid of a demon is to simply continue "healing" it. Overflow it with the brightest loving light imaginable. They can only take so much before they "pop." It's quite literally a pop that you can tangibly feel. At the same time that grimy and oppressive atmosphere fades, so you know you were successful.

If anyone else on this forum encounters weird, oppressive "anxieties" or "depressions" out of the blue, or when they trip, you might want to try this technique out. Though if you have trouble conjuring a powerful sense of love and positivity, you'll likely want a subtle energy tool to back you up.

I just had a possible paranormal experience at work.

Im in the bathroom, no where near the sink then i hear the automated-sensor paper towel thing out a towel. Its supposed to do this onky whrn a hand or other object moves in front of it. Then about 30 seconds later, it does it again right as i think about if its paranormal. Im waiting for it to do it again, but the automatic paper towel dispenser is idling as it should, not doing anything. How intriguing :strokebeard:
