HEPA filtered greenhouse to contain spores

I am considering setting up a 4-tier greenhouse in my bedroom to fruit oysters, but inhaling spores seems to be a big problem. My idea is to have a humidifier tubed into it with two fans attached for air intake/output. Possibly some water at the bottom being heated with an aquarium heater in case it is not warm enough as my house is consistently chilly. I would have a dehumidifier outside to stop the room from becoming too moist as well. This being in my bedroom, I don't want to wear a mask while I sleep or endanger anyone else in my household. Could I solve this issue by sealing the bottom of the greenhouse and placing HEPA filters on the fans to catch the spores? I would obviously wear a mask while opening it but would I have to worry otherwise? There would only be a short window to fruit them outside as I live in Canada and there isn't any other room with open space that someone else won't be in on a daily basis.

You have to put your exhaust fan out a window. forget the hepa!! It will clog up in no time. You will also need a circulation fan inside the mini greenhouse. PM me I will help you get it right the 1st time. And save you from all the mistakes that could possibly be made.
