Getting rid of and cleaning contaminated jars

What's the safest and best method for cleaning contaminated grain jars ? I've read to soak in bleach water and then scrub with dish soap. But worried about opening the jars and getting contaminated spores on myself and spreading it elsewhere. I've also read to PC the jars before opening them at all but this seems dumb as it would contaminate my pressure cooker. I really dont want to waste the jars. What's the best method ?

U can't contaminate a pressure cooker...
I only hand clean certain jars (green mold or bacteria) and u can just dump them in a bag OUTSIDE. jars with other molds I toss the whole jar

Take off the filters, then soak the jars in bleach and then PC them for an hour?

Wash them with bleach and dry. Reuse. Pressure cooking kills everything. No need to throw any jars away.

You can't contaminate a pressure cooker because it kills everything thats inside. So if you are really worried then pressure cook it and then open the jars outside. Of course there will still be spores in the jars but they are dead after pressure cooking. Then just pour the content away and put them in water with a bit of bleach overnight. Then rinse and you are good to go.
I personally always open contaminated jars without pressure cooking. I just work "inside" the organic bin outside. So there is a bit of spores coming out of the bin but I don't care as long as I don't take a full breath in. But that being said, I grew up on a farm and just imagine how much spores you inhale when stomping through that hay and straw... In my opinion it only gets really dangerous if you work in a laminar flow and open a contaminated jar. The spores get blown right into your face.

Dump that shit outside and clean with soap and water. Don’t over think it
