I confess, I have some nice projects going:

1. Albino cubensis from mudbutt
2. Wild oyster clones
3. P. Ovoidiocystidiata
4. wild P. cubensis (local variety)
5. P. Subaueruginosa (New Zealand)
6. P. liniformans
7. Made ruex with wild oysters, onions and ground venison over basmati rice for dinner, 1st time I've ever found mushrooms on a pecan tree.

I confess that I used to steal boxes of gloves from the doctors office anytime I would end up in there with my wife. I also confess that I feel no shame for that.

I confess that I just dumped a completely unmeasured amount of grain into a couple big pots and I’m hoping it will be enough to fill 12 bags  life

When you over shoot the grain prep... I can say two things:

1) Get more jars or bags and do a second run asap (ok to wait a day or two but not longer)
2) Try Psilo's recipe for extra grains salad...

It actually worked out perfect, 12 bags with 4(full) qts each, now as long as they fit in the Pc’s :solidnod:

I confess (my wife) has been out of aluminum foil for like 2 months. I cringe every time she asks me for my heavy duty Reynolds Wrap. :frightening:

I'm about to make a foil run myself to stop the insanity.

I confess, there should be an exercise routine called the jar shake, after doing a couple dozen jars my arms are cranping and worn out.
