First No Pour Agar Attempt

I used Josex's No-pour Agar Guide for this batch. A fantastic write up I think everybody should read. You can find it here:



I used my Old All American PC to cook this batch of dishes and I think they look pretty decent.




LMK what you guys think. I intend to use these for cloning Pioppino and Lions Mane Mushrooms that I will grow from a Fungi Perfecti patch. I'll give you guys updates as I go.

Looks like tons of condensation.. did you let them cool to room temp in the pc?

will have to look at that tek.. i have only ever used pastys nopour..

P.S. don't see any reason those wouldn't work.. if they have nutes and are sterile.. then away you go :smile:

In the tek Josex says that letting them cool in the pc might not be a good idea. Also, I'm new to the forums how could I upload pics from my phone better so you don't have to download them to see it. Sorry, noobie here :smile:

if you look on the very top left you will see "Pics" you go in there and upload and it will give you a link to put in your post... it's a pain at first but safer, it strips all exif data from the pics...

And i always found if i pull plates still warm from the pc or try to cool them fast i get condensation like that.. but i use pasty's tek.. it is just much faster and easier..

I used a couple washers and a nut while the actual bakelite knob is in transit.
