I thought it was alright, but it wasn't an original storyline.... and I already read the book so it's just like OOOOO! nice effects man! Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands were completely original and COMMANDED my attention. Re-doing shit is never as good as just using Wholesome Imagination.

Somthing about tim burton scares me, most of his movies are dark and goth like, they all have a sort of creepy atmosphere, but the man is brilliant and i do enjoy his work, as long as im not viewing while on hallucinogens.

I too love Tim Burton's work. But nobody here has mentioned A Nightmare Before Christmas. That movie had an incredible amount of imagination poured into it, which Tim Burton wrote the story for and produced. Yes, the man is a creative genius.
