I have a bubble belly it pops out every time  I eat I see people who have grown out and bulky a lot of the time there bellies are flat but comes with size id imagine.

im still getting to muscle ive not even grown still good to know it will take some time to build up :wink:

Hell nah I ain't fat.

I've been working out all my life, running, sports, gym. 

I do sometimes get a little too much fat in my stomach, so when that happens I go on a diet, that's all you have to do really.
Eat healthy foods, don't eat non-healthy foods.
Bam.
Lose weight.
NO SODA.
NO ALCOHOL

When I see someone who is pretty heavy I wonder how much more they spend on food than me. Like can they afford to eat all that food? I skimp on food a lot because I'm more interested in how much money i save. Instead of being fatter on my body my bank account is fatter

20/4. I wait until dinner time before eating because it is much easier for me to be hungry during the day waiting to eat, than eat and grow hungry until I sleep.

Been drinking a lot of green and dandelion tea as well.
