Maybe you should lower the temps and double check your humidity and casing moisture levels. Your conditions are basically telling your shrooms ''OK, vegetation time is over, let's sporulate.''
If you have ''perfect'' conditions and this still happens, maybe your substrate layer wasn't deep enough.

OK cool. Yeah, my substrate layer was pretty thin. I am going to try a casing with a few corrections that will hopefully fix this problem.

My corrections:
Deeper casing layer
Leave the casing in total darkness for the first few days, as opposed to giving them light
Don't water as heavily

Hopefully I will get bigger fruits, which mature taller than my current ones. Wish me luck, and thanks much for the tips...

High CO2 in the terrarium will cause the fruits to grow short and fat. Try a quiet fishtank airpump. It will also help to keep out contams because it pumps filtered air.
