Just downloaded and have been listening to it...

Very weird, yet interesting.. I feel compelled to listen to all of it.

Can someone familiar with it please explain it to me??

That was my first Tim Leary cd and is still my favorite(with "You Can Be Anyone This Time Around" coming in a close second). It's from 1967, and is supposedly a soundtrack for a movie of the same name that never was released.

Ralph Metzner and Rosemary Woodruff are the other voices on the album. There may be someone else on it, but I don't think so. Ralph is the one who says "Oh.......it's so beautiful" and "I'M FALLING! I'M BLEEDING TO DEATH!" and so on. He's the person Tim is refering to when the album starts and you hear Leary say "Ralph?......The time has come. The time has come........to go out of your mind. Are you ready Ralph?". Rosemary(Tim's wife) is the one female who speaks on the album.

I've tripped to that album many times. The mindset of Leary and co. at that time, as well as the great eastern music makes it wonderful for tripping. Only if it were longer.

I've made Kind Kesey a copy of it, maybe he can give you an opinion.

BTW, Leary put out two albums by that name. I've never been able to get my hands on the other version. It's rare and has never been put on compact disk. Also, Pacifica Radio puts out a cd by that name, but they were the ones who named it.

Thank you very much Learyfan.

One thing that he's said that I've really been trying to put to use in my life is:

"You create your own reality."  So true.
