I made these! They turned out great... seeming! I have yet to test them outside of some little parts for flavor. The flavor seems ... kinda great!
Step 1: Getting 1 cup of magic juice

Step 2: Mixing all the ingredients at a low boil

Step 4: Pour using a measuring cup (wasn't too hard)

Step 5: Remove from the silicone

Define bottom?
I have no idea. I did nothing as far as I could tell, but the part that is the "top" (the bottom of the mold/top of the candy when you take it out) fell apart on two of these out of about 65. All I did was make sure the edge was loose/broken away from the gummy before pushing up from the center. If it seemed like it was going to split from pressure, I'd stop and re-loosen it.
I let them set for 1.5h each time too. Can't think of anything else I did. I've never worked with silicone molds before either, so I had no expectations.

Just a simple mushroom chocolate candy, but thought I'd share how I do it.
The mold has 18 cavities,so I went with 20g powdered AA+,to get roughly 1g per piece.(a couple g over for loss on utensils) I pre measured the mold and found it to hold 1/2 cup volume,so I use that in chocolate chips. I chose to (ghetto)double boil my chips. You can melt in a microwave too,but I wanted to show.
 Add powdered mush.
Super thick. I add a little coconut oil until I get the consistency I like.
 Into the mold.(can get messy)
Put them in the fridge or freezer to let them harden, then pop them out of the mold.
The pieces actually all fit together. This puzzle mold seems like it would be a fun time, both before and definitely after eating them.

My gummies came out lacking flavor and mushy... Not enough agar? Or does agar just suck for the right texture?

My new jam. *30/50 grams fresh rusty whyte. *1 pint water. *1 tbs white miso. *1 scalion cut on a bais. *1 egg beaten. *S+P tt
Bring water to a boil and add the miso and mushrooms. Bring pot back to a boil. Stir in egg with a wooden spoon and let boil for one min. Then turn off heat and add scalions. Serve hot on an empty stomach for preferred results.

Not sure about the flavor, but yeah, I need to up the agar a bit on the recipe I used. The gummies basically fell apart when any pressure was applied to them.

Ok this is a bit different (no mushrooms in this recipe)
Some of us have been known to sneak a nibble of our perfectly hydrated wheat or rye berries... Right? chewy tasty kinda satisfying.
If you do like that you can try this the next time you have some extra grain prepped (using food quality grain ... not "feed").
4 cups well hydrated / cooked wheat (you can try rye if you like). Some carrots chopped up small Some sweet peppers or bell peppers chopped up small Some red onion chopped up small Some fresh garlic chopped up small.
3-4 table spoons of olive oil 3-4 table spoons of balsamic vinegar 1-2 teaspoons dried basil 1-2 teaspoons dried oregano 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
saute the following garlic and onion in the olive oil with the herbs and spices (not for very long) Add the carrots saute for a short time to soften them, Add the peppers and cook for a short time to soften them turn off heat.
Cool for a few minutes Add balsamic vinegar to the pan stir well In the pictures I added the feta cheese to the pan... the pan was still a bit too hot and melted the cheese, maybe it is a good idea to add the feta to the wheat berries.
Mix it all up... maybe garnish with some fresh parsley or cilantro maybe some diced fresh tomatoes.
These are just loose guidelines... you get the idea. Maybe add some nuts? Make it your own thing. These wheat berries are very chewy and hearty. A small amount of this salad satisfies your hunger.
I will post pictures when the Shroomery Picture Upload bug is fixed.

Step one: grind mushrooms.
Step two: make tea.
Step three: drink tea.
