Question about colonized hpoo as inoculation sub

Hello, so..., I have been in trouble with the last colonized grain bags (Contamination) and I was wondering what would happen if I prepare just one monotub, wait for it to colonize and then transfer the colonized monotub substrate to more monotubs, instead of using more colonized grain bags? Will it still get to colonize and fruit? Thanks for the answers, have a good day :smile:

It'll contaminate before it finishes colonizing...I tried this several years ago and never had any success. :shrug:

Lesson learned : You really can't shortcut colonizing substrates.
