Take two doses of metamucil a day if you're using kratom multiple times a day. People say to use magnesium citrate but for me it doesn't help. Psyllium Husk Fibre if you wanna get the cheap brand knock-off. Works just as well.

Also fuck the flavured shit it's gross, I like the unflavoured. It isn't hard to drink or anything. Easier than ingesting kratom

Dude when I was taking 4 big scoops a day for a little while I didn’t get clogged up but that intestine part that must run across your front belt line felt like ghost pepper juice was sitting in there.  I’m not real sure how intestines run in people but there has to be a strip across your belt line right before it hits your asshole.. real talk.
