Agar problems / flat oily mycelium from spores?

Recently I switched to agar and LME from a different source. Both are certified organic but the results I am getting aren't what I remember. Many of my plates seem to be contaminated with some kind of clear oily residue under the mycelium- I inoculated two sets of plates from spore syringes of three different strains from different sources. One set looks a bit better than the others, but none are what my previous plates looked like with the old agar/LME.
The first image is 30min @ 15psi, the second image is a closeup of the mycelial edge of the first image under magnification, and the third pic is a different plate which was 45min at 15-20psi which looks a little better.
Recipe is the standard 10g each Agar & LME per 500ml distilled.

Links to my agar and LME brand: LME Amazon Agar Amazon
I dont know if this is bad agar, bad LME, bad sterilization, contaminated syringes, weak spores (unlikely... different suppliers), a hole in my HEPA filter, etc... but I have never had this problem before!
Has anyone experienced this flat oily mycelium before?
Thanks in advance!

That's nute rich you're using way too much malt. .. cut it down by half.. at least 7 grams per 500 I had issues running high nutes like that as well

Thanks for the suggestion. I will try lowering the amount of malt.
Why then am I having this issue now and never before? I have been using this formula for years with no issue. At most I might have put a single gram more LME into the formula this time.
Is it possible that this brand of LME is vastly superior to the kind sold by sporeworks, such that using the same concentration would yield a much higher nutrient level? Has anyone else experienced variations in purity level between brands of light malt extract?
Thanks

It's possible because I switched both agar and brand of malt snd had to tweak my recipe ... I wish I had some pics of my malt rich agar plates it looked alot like yours I ran the same 20 grams per 1000ml and my myc was really off same agar 10 to 12 grams malt per 1000ml and it looked alot better after a few transfers ... now I'm not saying that's healthy myc but in my opinion I think the malt is causing that ... or it's just mold you been transferring...
Try to lower the nutes transfer and do a few hot pours and then noc a few plates on the new agar ... your syringes could be fucked as well ..

Yeah thats just the recipe. Not sure if its too much or too little nutrients but its happened to me every time I try any "kitchen food" recipes like oatmeal water, potato, and even BRF most recently.
Oatmeal and potato are hard to control how much nutrients you extract and BRF doesnt dissolve so some plates probably get more than others.
LME is whats worked best for me. Id just mess with recipe until it comes out normal.

Well its not the ratio! I dropped it down to 6.5g ME per 10g agar / 500ml water and the same issue persists. This is getting to be a huge pain in the ass.
I'm going to try switching back to my old brand, will keep you apprised.

What about when they look like that and it's been alot of transfers? Is it possible just too many spores germinated and you still are working with tons of genetics ? Or what ?
