I used a 3rd order low pass filter for the mid-bass and a 3rd order High pass for the tweet. When I first built it I just hand wired it, but what a nightmare, so I went to radio shack and picked up the materials to etch my own board, It looked SOO much nicer (even thought no one but me will ever see it )

Where did you get the design for two third order x-overs? That's some serious frequency pass antentuation!

I used Speaker Workshop (free) from http://audua.com to chart driver impediance and phase. Its a NEAT little program! Also the app was really helpfull during x-over design because I could readily see the results in a chart

I haven't done a freq responce yet (well I did a few in room, but the look like crap) I am getting my hands on a laptop so I can take the enclosure outdoors to a huge parking lot and do freq responce without getting all the reflections included.
