LSA and Hawaiian Baby Wood Rose * 1

Hey all, I was wondering what your experiences with HBWR have been like.
I've had a few very low dose (2-3 seeds) experiences and they're pretty varied due to the range of actives in each seed.

Most experiences were a mild high with a slightly altered consciousness.

I just tripped today and had a pretty strong body load (weak muscles, but also a feeling reminiscent of DXM).
Definitely altered conciousness and euphoria. Pretty strong sedation.
Overall I felt very sedated and weak, but my muscles felt energised and wanted to move. Had a very good time watching Russian Doll.

Let me know what your experiences have been.

The best advice i can give you is to grow your own morning glories, harvest the seeds fresh and immediately put them into a brown paper bag and put that into an airtight container, that will preserve them, but basically just take a hammer and bust the shit out of those seeds when your ready, take a glass of ice cold water, the closer to the freezing point the better, and make sure its glass, and distilled water, protect it from light/oxygen, and once the extraction is complete simply strain and drink.

My highest dose is 7 seeds. The experience was really nice but the nausea was too much for me. I threw up right in front of my ex's apartment (we drove through the city) :shrug:

I love the seeds, I chew them rather than eating however and my doses have gone as high as the low twenties, more typically I will chew 10-12. The body load is quite heavy and often uncomfortable and the headspace is surreal and dreamy.

I just methanol-extracted my first dose of HBWR seeds. Its currently evaping. I extracted 12 seeds in the idea i might be sharing it with my GF.

Hopefully i will be able to try it this weekend, we will see if its ready.....

I did a methanol extract on a 23 seed dose.  No nausea to speak of.

I imagine the dry extract would quickly form psychoactive adducts when agitated cold with the various known aldehydes:  Cuminaldehyde yields a very chill, spiritual trip.  Acetaldehyde yields the classic trip.  Cinnamaldehyde yields a powerful stimulating visual hallucinogen that requires a lower dose.

Make a tincture with Cumin, Peppermint, or Cinnamon and put it in the freezer.  Add the lysergic extract and vigourously shake over ice then strain for the perfect glowing cocktail.

Favorite entheogen experiences in descending order:
1)Combo of oral DMT + smoked Bufotenine
2)Amanita (urine drank twice)
3)Mushrooms > Achuma 16"+cid(still need higher dose Achuma)> Cid (still need high dose)
4)Morning Glory-HBWR (+cumin, cinnamon aldehyde adducts) > Methyl chavicol (need more activators)
5)Salvia (need to try quid)

If you do an extraction you want to up the dose a bit, because something gets lost during the extraction. 12 seeds would be like 1 mild dose I guess. Split between two people it should not be very powerfull I think.

In my experience, methanol-extractions are pretty complete. As in Im getting almost all the actives from the seeds. Ive done multiple MG extracts and thats how its been. The extracts correlates very nicely to the amount of seeds used. Methanol is an very effective solvent for extracting LSA. Sadly, its also super toxic so using caution is critical.

It kinda works but its not nearly as effective as methanol. Plus the water content makes it tough to evaporate.

Its like putting regular gasoline into a dragster. It will run but it wont run as fast as pure methanol.

The bodyload is definitely a major part of the trip, although I find a lot of satisfaction in trying to accept it and slowly becoming more comfortable.

I haven't had any nausea from just chewing the seeds, but that could be a dosage thing. Do you get any nausea?

Youre lucky. Stomach sickness is a common side effect of raw seeds, which is why I do methanol extractions.

I have just recently tried them. I ate 10 the first time and just 5 the next time. 10 were too strong so I decided five would be a normal dose. Not many visuals just a high euphoria feeling. I also couldnt sleep. Up all night tripping. Felt pretty good.
